Service Engineer

Job Description

Ford Windows Limited are recruiting for a window and door service engineer to work within the Customer Care team. Duties include providing all aspects of aftercare and service to our growing customer base, carrying out repairs, adjustments, and assessments of windows, doors and bifolds to the highest standards of workmanship. We are looking for a positive, hardworking problem solver to join our established team. A working knowledge of uPVC windows, doors and bifolds is essential and experience within a similar role is desirable. A valid CSCS card is desirable, or candidates must be willing to take a CITB Health and Safety Test. A full UK driving license is essential for travel to and from customer sites. A Company vehicle will be provided once initial training is complete. The contracted working week is 40 hours Monday to Friday set between the hours of 6am and 6pm (to meet customer demand). 30 days holiday including bank holidays (pro rata), workplace pension, company vehicle and fuel. The role is full time, permanent and available immediately with the head office based in Sheffield. Salary offered is £25,000 – £30,000 and dependant on previous experience and proven knowledge of the role.
